Help Us Create Communities Where Everyone Can Thrive
Every person deserves to feel safe in their home, neighbourhood and community.
At AtoC, we work to prevent and address unwelcome and antisocial behaviour that can have a devastating impact on individuals, families and communities. Through support, advocacy, education and partnership working, we help people rebuild confidence, resolve conflict and create safer, more connected places to live.
The Difference We Make
Every case we receive represents someone whose quality of life has been affected by conflict, intimidation, harassment, nuisance behaviour or community tensions.
Our work helps individuals and families feel heard, supported and empowered. We provide practical guidance, advocacy and early intervention to prevent issues from escalating and to help people regain a sense of safety, confidence and belonging.
Last year, we received more than 700 referrals and cases, reached over 1,000 individuals and provided direct support to more than 200 families. Behind these numbers are people who were struggling to cope, communities experiencing tensions, and families seeking support to improve their circumstances.
The impact of our work extends far beyond resolving individual cases. By helping people address challenges early, build positive relationships and access the support they need, we contribute to stronger, safer and more resilient communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
As a Trustee, you will help ensure that this life-changing work continues, enabling us to reach more people, strengthen our services and create lasting positive change for future generations.
Why Become a Trustee?
As a Trustee, you will play a vital role in ensuring AtoC continues to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. You will help guide our strategic direction, strengthen our impact and ensure we remain sustainable, effective and responsive to the needs of the communities we serve.
