Volunteers will provide attendees with festival materials, answers to questions, and other relevant information. • Activity Assistance: Support ad-hoc festival activities such as providing direction to attendees outside of the main festival site, parades, performances, workshops, and vendor interactions. • Promote Inclusivity: Ensure that all guests, volunteers, and staff members feel welcomed, respected, and celebrated, regardless of their gender identity, sexual orientation, or background. • Research: Engaging with attendees to undertake survey to understand the impact of the event and help to inform the planning of future events.
