We are looking for volunteers who: Have strong written communication skills and an interest in producing clear, engaging content. Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate work. Can organise information and present findings in a logical, accessible format. Are comfortable working with written feedback, survey responses, statistics and project information. Can summarise information and identify key outcomes and achievements. Are reliable and able to work towards agreed deadlines. Can work independently on remote tasks and communicate effectively with the team. Understand the importance of confidentiality, accuracy and responsible handling of information. Are willing to learn about the charity’s projects, reporting requirements and impact measurement. Can offer a flexible but consistent time commitment, even if only a few hours each week. Previous experience in report writing, research, communications, administration, monitoring and evaluation or academic writing would be helpful but is not essential. We welcome students, graduates, professionals and community members who would like to develop their writing skills and contribute to a charitable organisation.

Practical experience in report writing and impact reporting. Opportunities to develop professional writing, editing and proofreading skills. Experience working with feedback, survey findings and project evaluation information. Insight into how charities demonstrate their impact to funders and partners. Opportunities to develop research, analytical and information-management skills. Experience contributing to case studies, success stories and annual impact reporting. An understanding of project outcomes, monitoring and evaluation within the charity sector. Opportunities to build your portfolio and strengthen your CV with relevant volunteering experience. 2-12 hours per week. Must be able to volunteer in the office Tuesdays 9:30am - 1:30pm and/or Wednesdays 9:30am - 4:30pm.
