As a Citizens Commissioner you will help residents to identify needs in their community through various activities, such as 1-1 listening or focus groups.
Activities include conducting face to face interviews with Sutton residents, Developing the design of surveys, collecting and inputting data and analysing results, conducting research data to establish community needs and gaps in existing services, Assisting in preparing evaluation materials, participate in market testing workshops, getting involved with the procurement & evaluation process etc.
