We hold a stall at the Wallingon Farmers' Market selling plants to raise funds for our Carshalton Community Allotment project. We are looking for somebody to help us run the stall. Putting out the plants on the tables, putting labels in the plants, helping sell the plants and packing away any unsold plants at the end. Ideally you would know a bit about plants (we sell, herbs, vegetable seedlings, flowering plants and a few indoor plants) but you would not need to be an expert. You would need to be communicate well with customers. Most of the time there will be other people working on the stall, but you would need to be able to work independently if necessary.

The market is held on the second Saturday of each month. We start setting the stall up at 8am and pack it up at 1pm.
