We are looking for an enthusiastic person to be part of our St Helier Community Survey team, carrying out a short survey of residents in the St Helier area. The survey will ask what residents what they like and what are their concerns about where they live. It will also invite people to get involved in designing and delivering solutions. Tasks:• Listening to residents and engaging the community through multiple participation tools • Spending time out in the community, door knocking, visiting libraries, coffee shops, at events and fairs asking residents how they feel about their community and animating day to participate in developing solutions

If you are confident, friendly and enthusiastic and work well in a team then this may be the role for you.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience of engaging groups and being out and about listening to Sutton residents, however someone who is enthusiastic, organised and keen to learn could fit in well with this role.
When out in the community you are representing Community Action Sutton and Volunteer Centre Sutton so you will be someone who shares our core values and has a passion for volunteering and community participation.
