Volunteer tutors needed! Would you like to make a real difference to someone's life? Would you like the opportunity to help someone improve their English? Do you enjoy meeting different people and learning about different cultures?

Learn English at Home is a small local charity working with Richmond, Hounslow and Kingston residents who do not have English as their first language, to help improve their English language skills, reduce isolation and support them to integrate into their local community. Full training provided.

Following a successful interview volunteers will receive a bespoke online training course designed for our remote support volunteer role. The course will be 6 weekly x 2.5 hour sessions and will cover the skills needed to support a client to improve their English as well as LEAH policies and procedures. There will be ongoing support, guidance and supervision as well as opportunities to go on further training and development courses.
