We are looking for committed individuals of all ages, who are looking to meet new people, give back to their local community and gain new experiences.
If you are interested please fill an online application form on the link http://www.radiosthelier.co.uk/get-involved.html

We have six main roles available:
Programme Assistant
Request Collector
Programme Presenter
Technician/Engineer
Administrator
Fundraiser

Hospital Radio is not just sitting in a room, playing songs and talking in between. We ask all volunteers to give at least a few hours each week to visit wards, collect requests, produce and present a two-three hour request show. After the probation period, you would then be asked to become a full member and would be able to submit a 'Demo' to become a presenter, or offer your services for other roles within the station.
You would also be expected to help in helping us raise much needed funds at local events such as Carshalton Carnival and Battersea Dogs and Cats Home Open day. Without these funds and volunteers, we would not exist.
Equally, we are always looking for individuals that are able to help our on the technical side. Whether its ensuring that studio equipment is always in working order, or making sure that our play out system is running smoothly we welcome any volunteers to this side of radio too.
Members would initially join us for a 6 month period, allowing volunteers to become familiar with procedures and how equipment works. Don't worry; full training is given to everyone!
