Terms and conditions of VAS training courses
Confirmation of bookings
All bookings must be made by completing a booking form
– we cannot accept telephone bookings or reservations. Please provide
a personal phone number so that we can reach you in an emergency with any last–minute
changes.
We will send a confirmation email once your booking has been
processed. Please let us know if you have not heard from us within a reasonable amount
of time after submitting your form, as you can only attend a course once you have received
written confirmation. We cannot accept responsibility for non–arrival of this information – if
you have not heard from us by seven days before the course date, please contact us.

Cancellations
Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend a course.
If someone else is attending in your place, please complete a booking form to inform us of this.
We cannot accept cancellations or amendments to existing bookings by telephone.

For cancellations made more than 21 days before the course date - no charge.
For cancellations made between 21 and 14 days before the event - a 50% charge.
For cancellations made with less than 14 days notice - the full course fee will be charged.
There are no refunds if a learner, or replacement learner, fails to attend a course. To receive a refund, please contact us in
writing either by email. Bookings made and cancelled within our cancellation period will still be charged for.
VAS reserves the right to withdraw a course at any time.
In these circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative
course or date, if applicable.
Venues and catering
Most of our courses are held in our city centre venue,
The Circle – a fully accessible
building for disabled access. Please tell us at the time of booking if you have any
specific access requirements.
Refreshments are available throughout all our courses.
Learners will be required to provide their own lunches on full day courses.
There are a limited number of disabled spaces, but these must be booked in advance. Whilst The Circle doesn't have onsite parking,
there is plenty of parking available at the nearby Q–Park (Rockingham Street), which offers discounted parking for visitors to
The Circle – simply show your parking ticket to our reception staff when you arrive at The Circle and you will receive a discount
voucher to use when you pay and leave the car – park.
