Applicants will need good social and presentation skills to encourage and liaise with prospective funders as well maintain respectful relationships with current ones. Creativity in creating fundraising initiatives and relating to the current charity's team and purpose will be desired, including the ability to be self-motivated and enthusiastic while actively promoting the organisation.

Engaging with women from different cultures, learning new perspectives on life and volunteering itself, enhances wellbeing and a sense of achievement and gives purpose to ones life. While there my not be any financial benefit we hope you will have fun with the fundraising activities, make new friends and enjoy your volunteering with us.

Trusteeship always comes with a time commitment both in regular evening Teams monthly meetings of up to an hour and in the volunteering role itself, but 2-3 hrs per month could be reasonably expected.

All volunteering will be completed in the applicants own home and the fundraising venue will be selected with regard to any mobility issues.
