Being able to think outside of the box and to research and identify new areas of event planning or researching to reach our client base will be an asset.

While there will be no financial incentive, volunteering with Women Stepping Out will introduce you to women you'd not otherwise meet so you can learn new ways and listen to different life stories. Volunteering is also a good addition to a CV when looking for salaried work.

Estimated volunteering time might be 2-3 hours per week. A driving licence though not required, would reduce any travel time within Warwick and Leamington Spa. We do expect that a successful volunteer would stay in the role for at least 6 months but would hope for longer.

Currently we have no formal premises so all volunteers fulfil their role in their own homes. Our meetings are held via Teams. For volunteers with mobility difficulties we would consider their needs of access to facilities when planning events.
