In looking to fill these vacancies, we are particularly interested in applications from people with HR experience and also people who can occasionally visit the school during the day, although please do not be put off if you do not have these skills. What is more important is enthusiasm, interest and the willingness to learn.

Our Governing Board commits to: · provide you with an experienced governor as mentor, · provide you with a structured induction, · provide access to quality training via Warwickshire Governor Services · develop your skills in strategic management, · offer you an insight into the wider perspective of the school, · give you the opportunity to make a difference to our school and the outcomes for our pupils

6 one-hour FGB meetings per year. Potential for 6 further committee meetings per year, also one-hour in length. Possible monitoring visits to school, potentially 1 per term.
