Bedworth - A Singing Town is launching a Children's Chorus for children and young people in the Bedworth area. We are hoping to run weekly rehearsal on Saturday mornings from September: rehearsing at Nicholas Chamberlaine School from 10.00 - 11.30am.

To generate interest we are running a series of singing mornings between now and the summer; our first is on Saturday 31st January and our second on Saturday March 14th. Two more dates singing workshops will be promoted in the summer term.

We are hoping that many singers will want to join us and we will need support from adults with enhanced DBS clearance to enable appropriate numbers of adults are at each rehearsal.
Volunteers might be parents of participating singers or people from the local community.

You will have an enhanced DBS and will support the song leader team to ensure that the environment is a safe and happy one for participating children and young people.

Bedworth - A Singing Town is a community singing project for the people of Bedworth. In addition to the Bedworth Children's Chorus we are running an adult singing group at Bedworth Heath Community Centre that will use singing to support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing for adults. Your involvement with the Children's Chorus will enable the project to grow and become a vital part of Bedworth's community activities,

We intend to rehearse every Saturday morning in term time throughout the year. Volunteers able to commit to every Saturday are particularly welcome but a rota can be created for anyone interested but unable to commit every week.
