What you will be doing

Are you a football fan that would like to do more than just watch a game. Atherstone Community Town Football Club have some fantastic volunteering opportunities which will give you an insight into the club and all the behind the scene action. They are looking for a Stadium Announcer to announce rules and regulations at home matches and to announce scores and club information.
The club is run by volunteers who have kept it going each year. They need more people to join their friendly team.

How Long Do I Have To Volunteer For?

You need to commit to a regular volunteering opportunity of around an hour a week. The table below shows the commitment required for each level of the DofE.

Bronze

Minimum time: 3 or 6 months

You must do one of your volunteering, Physical or Skills sections for 6 months, the others for 3.

Silver

Minimum time: 6 or 12 months

If you heven't achieved your Bronze Award, you must extend your volunteering or the longer of your Physical or Skills sections to 12 months.

Gold

Minimum time: 12 or 18 months

If you heven't achieved your Silver Award, you must extend your volunteering or the longer of your Physical or Skills sections to 18 months.
