Voluntary Shop Floor Assistant - Stratford Upon Avon - Warwick - Solihull

Customer Service & Sales: Assist customers in finding items, provide information on products, and handle transactions while ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Stock Management: Organise donations, price and tag items, display products neatly on shelves, and maintain inventory to ensure the shop is well-stocked.

Donation Processing: Accept, sort, and inspect donated homeware items, ensuring they meet quality standards before placing them on display for sale.

Shop Maintenance & Cleanliness: Keep the shop tidy, clean, and well-organised by regularly cleaning surfaces, arranging displays, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.

You do not need specific skills and experience, but the following would be useful: Commitment to The Air Ambulance values and inclusiveness Ability to work within The Air Ambulance policies and shop guidelines An interest in retail and customer service Ability to work well as part of a team and under own initiative Willingness to learn

We value every hour you can give to us, ideally a minimum of three hours a week. All we ask is if you commit to shift/ shifts please attend but if for any reason you can't please let your store manager know asap.
